The initial FMS screen helps to identity movement patterns that need to be addressed. All seven movement patterns require a balance between mobility and stability. Motor control is having the ability to move at the right time. Answering the question of how well you can create movement int your extremities while stabilizing your core.

Functional Patterning:

Muscular Strength, Power and Endurance

Muscular Power

  • For the Strength Training Program my basic principle is to train movement not muscle when training for power.

Muscular Power for Wellness -

  • Recovering your balance is next to imposable when you slip on a wet surface without adequate muscular power. Muscular Power helps to maintain energy levels throughout the day!

Muscular Endurance -

  • Muscular Endurance is important for standing or sitting for long periods.

Muscular Endurance for Wellness - 

  • Good muscular endurance is crucial for preventing low back and neck pain.

Flexibility -

  • This is the ability to move a joint through its full and normal range of motion. This is important our joint health.​

Flexibility and Wellness -

  • Flexibility helps to keep our joints and muscles in proper alignment, and to prevent lower back pain.

Creating custom health and nutrition program, check-ins, we will focus on building the skill you will need to make consistent progress and life long health nutrition habits!

  3. Evidence Based Practice - What works in real life, with real people. working with Precision Nutrition, using their expertise, research, experience (over 100,000 people transformed their lives), everyday reality based life evidence.
